Data Coders will support qualitative analysis by coding transcribed interviews and focus group discussions using predefined or emerging themes, an essential function within vacancies at SYDANI Group.Local job postings
Key Responsibilities
Review transcripts and understand the data as required for vacancies at SYDANI Group.
Apply coding frameworks to identify patterns and themes.
Use qualitative analysis software such as NVivo, Atlas Ti, or Dedoose.
Work with the research team to refine codes and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain a codebook and document coding decisions for vacancies at SYDANI Group.
Support interpretation of coded data for report writing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Public Health, Education, or related field.
Experience in qualitative data coding or content analysis.
Familiarity with qualitative software is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
