Data Center Design Engineer at Arravo Global Services

Responsibilities

• Joint sales engagement with the Sales team, presentations, designs and solution architecting for DC design and structured cabling solutions.
• Design tier I to IV Datacenters
• Drives prevention and resolution of major incidents with due urgency. Ensures strong problem management and root cause analysis to identify and implement appropriate corrective actions on Datacenter solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key OEM of Datacenter infrastructure solutions
• Lead, motivate and develop the DC infrastructure team to build a world class capability.
• Deep understanding in data center energy solution market
• People development and coaching.

Qualifications & Job Functions

• University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines with minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
• In-depth Knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure design and build
• In-depth Knowledge of Structured cabling solutions
• In-depth knowledge Datacenter infrastructure solutions including Precision Cooling, Power and UPS, CCTV, Environmental monitoring, and fire suppression systems
• Proficiency in writing Datacenter infrastructure and structure cabling technical proposals and design diagrams
• A knowledgeable professional, leveraging knowledge and experience in the field of Datacenter infrastructure solutions (including Power, cooling, DC monitoring, structured cabling and infrastructure solutions).
• An adviser on all DC infrastructure requirements.
