Drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organisation by collecting, analysing and visualising operational, clinical and financial data to generate actionable insight.
Responsibilities
Gather, clean and consolidate data from operational, clinical and financial systems.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for management and the MD’s office.
Conduct analyses to identify trends, drivers and improvement opportunities.
Support performance monitoring across departments and facilities.
Develop data models and forecasts to support planning and decision‑making.
Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and confidentiality (in line with the NDPA and health‑data standards).
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and visualisations.
Support automation of recurring reports and data pipelines.
Collaborate with ICT on data infrastructure and system integration.
Promote a data‑driven culture across the organisation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
Minimum of 6–8 years in data analytics or business intelligence, including producing reports, dashboards and insights.
Experience with healthcare, clinical or operational data is an advantage.
