Data Analyst at Terawork

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the company’s internal controls are documented appropriately and effectively.
• Interpreting data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for internal stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Support in the design, construction and implementation of appropriate analytical processes which support business objectives.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Liaise with business teams to understand their data requirements and provide them with actionable insights and reports.
• Competently handle large datasets, sifting for patterns and trends and translate those insights into technical rules and solutions.
• Maintaining report on service uptime and performance.
• Analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer science, Economics, Finance, Information management or any related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a data analyst
• Experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
• Proven experience using SQL, Python would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of and experience with tools like Looker, Qlikview, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.
• Prior design in designing and implementing performance metrics to track business or product KPIs
