Job Description
Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data on shipments such as delivery times to identify trends and patterns.
• Create reports and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders, including QC manager, operations managers, and company executives.

Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

• Monitor & track KPIs, such as on-time delivery rates, transit times, and damage rates to be able to identify poor performing sites.

Operational Efficiency and Optimization:

• Analyze data on operational processes, such as warehousing and delivery.

Identify Inefficiencies and Bottlenecks: 

• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in operational processes and develop recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication with other departments:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including operation managers, finance team, and customer service, to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analysis and interpretation.

Data Management and Governance:

• Develop and maintain data systems to support operations department.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation, cleansing, and normalization.

Skills Required

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND
• 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL or Python and Data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Tableau.
• Have knowledge of logistic operations.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be attentive to detail.
• Must possess analytical skills.
