Job Description

• We are looking to engage a Data Analyst, who will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
• The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and delivering data-driven solutions.
• The role requires consultant skill sets, including innovative thinking, unstructured problem solving, influencing, storytelling, strong communication skills, and a passion for project data analytics.
• Solve problems and improve processes and share best practices.
• Assist with project services support with benchmarking and performance recommendations for each project.
• Participate in benchmarking exercises for the project.
• Assist with communications and engagements with Contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in Consulting / Project Management.
• Problem Solver - Ability to identify problems, understand root causes, generate alternatives to solve the problem and recommend the best path forward.
• Change Management Orientation – An agent for change management across an organization, including influencing, storytelling, and communication.
• Digital ToolsAwareness – Understanding of digital tools to simplify and improve project processes is a plus.
• Experience working with and solving problems.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Knowledge of standard project processes and functional activities.
