We are looking to engage a Data Analyst, who will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and delivering data-driven solutions.
The role requires consultant skill sets, including innovative thinking, unstructured problem solving, influencing, storytelling, strong communication skills, and a passion for project data analytics.
Solve problems and improve processes and share best practices.
Assist with project services support with benchmarking and performance recommendations for each project.
Participate in benchmarking exercises for the project.
Assist with communications and engagements with Contractors.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in Consulting / Project Management.
Problem Solver - Ability to identify problems, understand root causes, generate alternatives to solve the problem and recommend the best path forward.
Change Management Orientation – An agent for change management across an organization, including influencing, storytelling, and communication.
Digital ToolsAwareness – Understanding of digital tools to simplify and improve project processes is a plus.
Experience working with and solving problems.
Strong Communication Skills
Knowledge of standard project processes and functional activities.
