Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
2. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track performance metrics.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions.
5. Use statistical methods and predictive models to support forecasting and business planning.
6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and data governance standards.
7. Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
8. Continuously improve data processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
4. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
5. Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
