As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your analytical expertise to support process creation, optimize workflows, build operational dashboards, and develop monitoring tools.
You will play a critical role in shaping and refining this exciting and rapidly growing line of business.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the business: Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end processes. This knowledge will guide your work, ensuring awareness of potential downstream impacts and second-order effects.
Write queries: Use SQL extensively to generate and optimize processes, deliver precise data to teams, and transform outputs into actionable insights. Establish error-flagging and discrepancy-checking mechanisms to maintain data integrity.
Build dashboards: Design and maintain operational dashboards for case-level deep dives, as well as analytical dashboards to inform leadership decisions and guide team performance.
Enable automation: Streamline workflows by leveraging SQL and your analytical skills to automate repetitive or redundant tasks, driving efficiency across teams.
Ad-hoc analysis: Provide analytical support for ad-hoc requests, including risk assessments, portfolio reviews, performance tracking, and process improvements.
Lead by example: Take ownership of business outcomes by developing end-to-end knowledge and delivering solutions that serve as a benchmark for excellence across the team.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another data analysis–related field.
2 – 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with regular SQL use.
High-level proficiency in SQL.
Strong expertise in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Hands-on experience with database management.
Previous experience collaborating with a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
