Data Analyst at Fadac Resources

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets, turning them into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategy, performance tracking, and operational improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor business performance using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Work with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support predictive modeling and forecasting initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across databases and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data sources, methodologies, and processes.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
