Job Summary:

Our client, a leading stationery manufacturing company, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven D2C Sales & Marketing Manager to lead B2B institutional sales, modern trade, supermarket channels, and digital e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships through both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate B2B sales and expand presence in supermarkets and modern trade.
• Lead e-commerce strategy and manage digital sales platforms nationwide.
• Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads).
• Organize trade shows, activations, and B2B promotional events.
• Build relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6-8 years proven experience in B2B sales, modern trade, and digital e-commerce.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, PowerPoint, and digital marketing platforms.
• Self-motivated, strategic, and customer-oriented.
