As the Cyber Security Expert, you will be responsible for strengthening the organization’s security posture across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, access management, incident response, vendor risk, and compliance while supporting the secure growth of the business.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, risk management frameworks, and security controls across the organization
Manage cloud, infrastructure, and identity security, including AWS environments, IAM, MFA, access governance, and privileged access management
Partner with engineering teams to drive secure software development practices, vulnerability management, and application security initiatives
Lead incident response activities, security monitoring, investigations, and business continuity planning
Support vendor risk assessments, compliance requirements, security audits, and governance initiatives across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, security engineering, or application security, preferably within fintech, banking, payments, lending, crypto, or other regulated industries
Strong expertise in AWS security, IAM, SSO, MFA, vulnerability management, network security, encryption, API security, and incident response
Experience implementing security controls, security monitoring solutions, and secure software development practices in production environments
