Customer Technical Support Officer (Male) at Knowledgeware Technologies

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Roles

• You will be required to provide first level support services to customers: Attend to clients/customers' inquiries, prioritize and resolve customer complaints in a professional, timely and accurate fashion.
• Handle dissatisfied customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Direct or route customer inquiries and complaints to appropriate personnel for assistance.
• Input and compile accurate records and responses of customer interaction on the CRM.
• Work on a shift basis, inclusive of public hoildays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
• Effectively monitor and manage communication across various electronic and social media channels.

• Only OND holders are eligible to apply

Salary
N35,000 - N45,000 monthly.
