Customer Support Person

Job Description: Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Good communication skill, written and oral.
- Ability to use a computer and operate a software.
- Experience working with customer support.
