As the Customer Support Officer, you will manage customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless user experience across all customer touchpoints while supporting overall service delivery.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, and other platforms)
Resolve customer complaints promptly, including issues relating to stablecoin and cryptocurrency transactions, and escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Compliance, Operations) to resolve customer issues
Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to improve service processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in customer support, preferably within a fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or other fast-paced digital financial services environment
Working knowledge of stablecoins, cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain fundamentals, and digital wallets is mandatory
Proficiency in customer support tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
