    Customer Support & Business Development Officer

    Description

    • We are seeking a versatile, proactive Customer Support Officer to join our team.
    • This is a unique role that goes beyond answering tickets; you will be the face of our web solution, providing high-touch support online, delivering hands-on training sessions in person, and identifying new business opportunities to help us grow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Omnichannel Support: Provide exceptional technical assistance via email, chat, and online portals.
    • In-Person Training: Travel to client sites to conduct live demonstrations and onboard users on our web platform.
    • Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify leads to expand our client base.
    • Office & Data Management: Maintain organized records and use spreadsheets to track support metrics and lead pipelines.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in any relevant field.
    • Technical Savvy: Experience in software support and a quick learner of new web technologies.
    • Communication: Exceptional command of oral and written English, with the ability to explain complex tech in simple terms.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
    • Sales Mindset: Natural ability to spot "business development" opportunities and engage potential clients.
    • Organization: Strong office management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
