Customer Success Officer at Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting

Our Client is a digital gaming start-up launching operations in Nigeria, they require the service of Customer Success Officer

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
• Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging [redacted] effectively and finding value in our services
• Become an expert in communicating and educating customers on the use and benefits of our products
• Attend to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
• Manage customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues

Requirements:

• First degree in any relevant disciple
• 0-1 year of experience in customer management
• Excellent communication skills
• Good conflict resolution skills
