    Customer Success Intern

    Job Description

    • Manage truQ loaders from onboarding to payment
    • Provide email, phone, chat and SMS support to customers, partners and merchants.
    • Assist with partner drivers' registration and training
    • Assist with automation of partners on the platform
    • Propose strategies and ideas on how to help customers to get the best from the platform
    • Report technical issues to the engineering team
    • Report customer feedback to the management team.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint & Excel desired.
