Customer Success Executive

Job Description
- Onboard new customers.
- Encourage upsells and cross-sells of product.
- Follow up on client to subcribe for a plan.
- Follow up on subcription renewals.
- Build relationships between customers and the support team.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 6 years work experience.
