Job Summary
As our Customer Service/Social Media Executive you will be responsible for engaging with customers across our social media platforms, whilst ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image. This role also includes the strategic development of content ideas, a content calendar, and social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
