• Resolving Customer Issues. 
• Providing Product/Service Information.
• Processing Orders and Transactions.
• Maintaining Customer Records.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Upselling and Cross-selling.
• Following up with customers.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Customer Service.
• Good Command of English, verbally and in writing.
• Atleast 1-2years experience in related field.
• ND/HND in Business Administration or related field.
