Customer Service/Sales Rep

Location: Island & Mainland Lagos

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented professional to engage with clients, address inquiries, and promote our products/services to drive sales. The role combines excellent service delivery with sales targets to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Addressing Customer Inquiries.
- Resolving Customer Issues.
- Providing Product/Service Information.
- Processing Orders and Transactions.
- Maintaining Customer Records.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Upselling and Cross-selling.
- Following up with customers.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Customer Service.
- Good Command of English, verbally and in writing.
- Atleast 1-2years experience in related field.
- ND/HND in Business Administration or related field.
