Job Description
The candidate will be required to:

• Interact with customers online and offline
• Receive and process customers' orders.
• Give polite and prompt responses to enquiries and requests
• Handle complaints professionally and follow up to ensure resolution
• Give detailed periodic reports

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND Degree qualification.
• 1 - 3 years of experience.
• The preferred applicant must be computer literate, accountable and friendly.
• Have good command of the English language and have the ability to convert sales.
• She should be aged 23 - 30 years.

Salary
N40,000 (Negotiable).
