We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to engage with customers to promote our products/services.
Responsibilities
Forward email to appropriate Quarters
Receive customer call
Update spreadsheet daily
Attend Meetings on behalf of Ampsolve
Send Weekly report
Follow up on invoice
Follow up on payment
Follow up on renewal
Send necessary documents to clients
Send out Renewals monthly
and other functions as determined by the company
Requirements
BSc or HND or OND
Between the ages of 25-35
Interpersonal skills
Resident in Maryland / Ketu / Onipani / Anthony environs.
