    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp & social media).
    • Handle complaints and provide timely solutions.
    • Process and follow up on customer orders.
    • Provide accurate information about our products.
    • Maintain proper customer records.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of BSC/HND
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
