Job Summary:

• As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your mission is to ensure every interaction is positive, helpful, and solution-oriented. Whether it’s resolving issues, answering questions, or guiding customers through our products and services, you’ll play a vital role in building trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or related field
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools is an added advantage
