    Customer Service Representative

    Job Role

    • Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups while delivering excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to calls, WhatsApp, and messages
    • Schedule appointments and manage bookings
    • Follow up with clients and manage records
    • Maintain a professional, friendly front desk experience

    Requirements

    • Previous customer service experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency
