    Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and confirm customer and merchant orders.
    • Coordinate with fleet operation managers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Track shipments and provide merchants with delivery updates.
    • Respond to merchant inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
    • Resolve delivery issues such as delays, missing items, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.
    • Handle customer/merchant complaints professionally and work toward prompt resolution.
    • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and delivery statuses.
    • Prepare daily or weekly reports on order progress, delivery performance, and operational issues.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
    • Verify customer information and delivery addresses to minimize errors.
    • Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
    • Work closely with merchants and logistics partners to improve service quality.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

    Requirements

    • NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email).
    • Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
    • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
    • Teamwork and collaboration.

    Preferred Location:

    • Candidates living in or around the following areas have an advantage: Maryland, Obanikoro, Palmgrove, Bariga, Ilaje, Gbagada, Onipan, Sabo, Outer Surulere, Ojota, Alapere, Ketu, Anthony, Oshodi.
