Customer Service Representative at Quaillan Company Ltd

We’re looking for a smart, articulate, and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our Lagos team. You’ll be handling inquiries, managing sales chats, resolving issues, and ensuring every client walks away satisfied and confident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and in-store with professionalism and warmth
• Provide detailed product information, upsell where necessary, and process orders smoothly
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Manage complaints tactfully and resolve issues quickly
• Update customer records and keep track of sales and interactions
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain discretion and uphold client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Smart, articulate, and emotionally intelligent
• Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage
• Comfortable speaking about adult products in a mature, respectful, and educational way
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic digital tools
• Must live within Surulere and its environs
