    Customer Service Representative

    Job Roles

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues.
    • Provide product/service information and support.
    • Process transactions and requests.
    • Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
    • Maintain customer records and feedback.
    • Meet customer satisfaction targets.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years of experience.
    • NYSC candidates only.
