We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
Assist customers with product orders, payments, and returns
Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate teams
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Knowledge of the software industry and customer service best practices is a plus
