    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
    • Responding promptly to queries.
    • Communicating with clients through various channels.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
    • Resolving complaints.
    • Process forms, orders, requests and applications.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.

    Minimum Qualification Requirement

    • A B.Sc Degree from a Reputable/Accredited Institution.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience.
    • Effective problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.
    • Competent technical knowledge
    • Ability to multitask
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to honor deadlines
    • Proactive approach to support
    • Efficient with the use of CRM Software

    Remuneration
    N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
