Customer Service Representative at Contacta Support Solutions Limited

Job Description 

• A Props and photography company is looking for a results-driven sales/customer service representative with excellent interpersonal and sales skills to handle existing customers and actively seek out and engage prospects.

Responsibilities 

• Answering client questions about payment terms, products, prices and availability.
• Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Participate in sales meetings and on-site training - negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections from customers - helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations - preparing weekly and monthly reports - obtaining orders, deposits and balance of payment from clients etc

Educational and Experience

• HND / BSc in related discipline preferably Marketing, Business and Finance.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment.

Requirements:

• Should be familiar with using BRM and CRM practice, and must be proficient with using Ms Office tools.
• Should have good eyes for detail, love to work in the retail industry, be patient and kind. Preferably a Male.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
