We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and highly skilled individual who will have primary responsibility for managing applications for new and existing loan portfolio.
Duties, Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Generating sales leads that develop into new customer
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Update customer information in the customer service databases during and after each call
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
Adhere to credit policy and other guidelines
Carefully analyse data and produce clear and objective reports
Work closely with other departments during the customer onboarding phase
Coordinate with other team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Report to risk department on findings, analysis, reports that may have an adverse effect on the loan, collateral or a borrower’s ability to repay the loan
Ensure that all files are complete, identify any documentation deficiencies, and report to senior management and credit administration as required for timely resolution

Qualifications & Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.2
Successful completion of NYSC
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Outstanding customer engagement skills and a passion for creating an extraordinary customer experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a goal-oriented environment where you will be evaluated on key KPIs
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
