    Responsibilities

    • Recieve and direct phone call
    • Answering questions about a company's products or services
    • Processing orders and transactions
    • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
    • Delivering information about a company's offerings.
    • Providing proactive customer outreach.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
    • Interest applicant must be able to speak fluently and must not be older than 25 years old.
