Customer Service Representative at Bluenix

Bluenix Paint Manufacturing Limited is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle sales orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and recommend suitable paint solutions.
• Process sales orders, track deliveries, and follow up on customer requests.
• Ensure accurate order documentation and coordinate with the sales team.
• Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Must be female and reside within close proximity to the company’s location.
• HND or BSc in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good knowledge of paints and coatings (training will be provided).
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:
