Customer Service Representative

Summary
- We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
What you'll do
- Attend to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Help customers find products that fit their needs.
- Communicate product information and recommend items.
- Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
What you need
- Minimum of an HND.
- 1-3 years of work experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong social media skills are encouraged to apply).
- Good social media knowledge.
- Smart, proactive, and ready to help.
- Computer savvy.
