    Customer Service / Online Representative

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking to recruit Customer service/online Representative to maintain the highest standard of organizational operation and excellence.

    Responsibilities

    • Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases or services received.
    • Staying up to date on the latest products and services an organization.

    Requirements

    • Must be fluent in English
    • Understanding of sales processes and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
    • Applicants must reside in Iju/Ishaga, Obawole and it’s environs
    • Preferably female.
