Customer Service Officer

Our client, a financial institution in Lagos requires the service of a young, smart CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER to attend to customers enquiries and attend to customers complaint

Location: Lagos / Mainland

Job Requirements
- Engage new and existing customers
- Attend to enquiries and customers complain
- Pitch employers service to customers on daily basis
- Perform other duties assigned the management
Qualification and Requirement
- BSc/HND in any related field.
- Age limit 30 years
- Must have a good negotiation and persuasive skills
- Posses’ good communication and correspondence skill
- Must be assertive while conversing with all kinds of client
- Must be a resident in Lagos Island/mainland
Salary – Very Attractive + Commission, Leave Allowance, HMO, 13th Month and Pension
