Customer Service Officer (NYSC) at SayWheels Auto

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally (via phone, email, or in person)
• Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Assist with administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member
• ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and able to learn quickly
• Must be available to work physically (not a remote role)

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (Saturdays when necessary).
