Customer Service Officer (NYSC)

Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally (via phone, email, or in person)
- Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Assist with administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member
- ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and able to learn quickly
- Must be available to work physically (not a remote role)
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (Saturdays when necessary).
