    Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Answer questions and provide information about products, services, or policies promptly and accurately.
    • Help customers solve problems or complaints in a calm and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction.
    • Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, or technical issues as needed.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference.
    • Use friendly and professional language to ensure customers feel heard and valued.
    • Work with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices to provide accurate assistance.
    • Knowledge of social media management will be an added advantage.
