Customer Service Officer at Metro Eyes Nig Ltd

Duties

• Direct patients flow through the rest of the clinic.
• Collect all patient information as they enter the clinic.
• Confirm accuracy and update patient demographics on the computer.
• Register new patients and update existing patient demographics by collecting patient detailed information including personal and financial information.
• Facilitate patient flow by notifying HMO service providers of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.

Requirements

• Min of HND/BSc
• Min. 1 year experience.
• Proficiency in Ms. Suite.
• Must be organized and result driven. 
• Must possess interpersonal skills.
• Proximity to Ikoyi is an added advantage.
