Key Responsibilities:

The role combines customer support with administrative and sales-enabling tasks:

• Inquiry Management: Responding to client questions via phone, email, and social media regarding property listings, pricing, and payment plans.
• Documentation Support: Assisting clients with the property acquisition process, including explaining terms and preparing essential documents like Deeds of Assignment or Survey plans.
• Conflict Resolution: Efficiently resolving client complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Lead Management: Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule property viewings, and coordinate client meetings.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate client records and transaction history within the company's CRM software.
• Follow-ups: Engaging with existing clients after a purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for potential referrals.

Core Requirements & Skills

• Education: Most employers require a Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
