Customer Service Officer/Executive Assistant at E-Terra Technologies Limited

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service representative
• Minimum of HND/BSc in any related course
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Numeric, oral, and written language applications

COMPETENCY AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to details.
• Proximity to Yaba.

Remuneration
Salary is N60,000 Monthly, plus other benefits and sales Commission.
