Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and continue providing exceptional service to our customers.
As an Experienced Customer Service Officer you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will engage with our customers, resolve their inquiries, and provide valuable support throughout their buying journey.

Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to improve our products and services based on customer input.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role
Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce or medical tech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
