    Customer Service Officer

    Job Summary

    • As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services. 
    • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service to bank customers
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns
    • Promote our products and services
    • Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer issues
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
