Job Description
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the effective functioning of the estate, provide an efficient and safe working environment for occupants and their activities by ensuring the adoption of best business practices to manage resources, services and processes. Keeps Senior Management well informed of area activities and significant problems. Trains, directs, and appraises assigned personnel.
