    Customer Service Executive

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Executive to oversee the daily operations of our furniture showroom.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or furniture sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining the showroom's visual standards, and driving sales performance in alignment with company goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Customer Service:
    • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from welcome to post-sale service.
    • Assist customers with product selection, space planning, and design consultations.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
    • Showroom Management:
    • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well-presented.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manufacturing and warehouse teams for product availability.
    • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the showroom.

    Coordination & Reporting:

    • Work closely with the production team to understand new product launches and timelines.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and events.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and showroom activities.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
    • At least, 2years proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar retail management role (preferably in furniture or home décor).
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Understanding of furniture design, layout planning, and customer consultation.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

    Qualities:

    • Passion for interior design and aesthetics.
    • Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
    • High attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
