    Customer Service Executive

    • Are you confident communicating with customers, skilled at negotiation, and able to turn enquiries into sales?
    • We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to handle customer enquiries via chat
    • Ability to convince prospects and drive conversions
    • Target-driven and results-oriented
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English
    • Flexible with working hours
    • Fresh graduates are welcome
    • 1–2 years’ customer service experience is an advantage
    • Experience in the aviation/travel industry is a major advantage

    YOUR ROLE

    • Engage with customers, understand their needs, provide the right solutions, and convert prospects into paying customers.
