    Customer Service Desk Officer

    Salary: 150000 Monthly Gross

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    Manage Customer Feedback, Reporting, complaints & escalations, manage gift vouchers, loyalty reward etc.

    Requirements

    • OND, Trade Test / Technical Training
    • 1 - 5 years work experience
    • Communication, empathy, problem-solving, product knowledge, documentation accuracy, and conflict resolution.
