Customer Service Associate at Owens and Xley

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Salary Range: NGN60,000 80,000

GENERAL OVERVIEW

In this role, you will be required to monitor and report to the sales manager on store operations. You are to attend to customer's needs, prooffer solutions and give advise based on product knowledge and client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare purchase orders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person by telephone or by email.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services and customer service policies.
• Document customers interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ Years of previous customer service representative
• B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong command of written and verbal English
