Job Description

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person, by phone, or online.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Handle and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State.
